Reports and Records Management   District MS Procedures: (booklet)   Florida Department of State - Library and Information Services - Records Management of the Bureau of Achieves provides two publications appropriate for school districts for the purpose of records management and destruction.  The two booklets are as follows: GS1-L Local Government Agencies - General records series applicable for all governmental agencies. GS7 Public Schools Pre-K - 12, Adult and Vocational/Technical - Record series only applicable to public schools.
