where academic excellence and student achievement are our

We are pleased to offer students a wide range of curricular
and extra curricular programs. The faculty and staff at
Newberry High School are committed to providing students
with a caring and supportive environment to facilitate their
academic and social growth.
NHS offers a wide range of academic programs at the honors
and advanced placement levels to prepare students for post
secondary study at the collegiate level. The Academy of
Criminal Justice is our magnet program for Career and
Technical education. We strongly recommend for students to
become and stay involved in athletics and club activities as
the skills students learn from this involvement are
essential for success.
We encourage and invite parents to stay involved in their
child's education throughout the high school years. This web
