The Academy of American Poets ― The Online Poetry Classroom provides free poetry lesson plans for high school teachers.  Each month, the Academy's National Poetry Almanac section will highlight a different theme and include activities, ideas, and history for classroom use.

Teen Read Week ― is a National Literacy Initiative of the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA), a division of the American Library Association.

Florida Electronic Library ― has free, reliable and appropriate resources.  Instructional resources are provided by your State such as: Online materials for all grade levels, periodicals, journals and reference books.  Just use your Florida Public Library card to log in and access these resources.
