ACPS STUDENT RECORDS

The Student Records Department of Alachua County Public Schools is dedicated to providing parents and students with prompt, courteous service.  The department maintains a permanent cumulative education record and/or an automated record for each student who has attended school in Alachua County.

Educational records typically maintained by the Student Records Department include:

  • student's full legal name, date of birth, place of birth, race, sex, address.
  • parent/guardian name, name, location and dates of schools attended
  • days present, absent, date of enrollment and withdrawal, courses taken and achievement record (grades, credits, GPA), graduation date and requirements, state/district test results if required for graduation, written records of access.
