School Board of Alachua County Exceptional Student Education & Psychological Services Departments:
Students and parents needing information about the Exceptional Student Education (ESE) and Psychological Services departments of the Alachua County School District can obtain such information from this site.

Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources Systems (FDLRS or Fiddlers): FDLRS is a program of the Florida Department of Education. They provide services to school districts, agencies, communities, and families and other persons working with students with disabilities. They are responsible for funding, tracking, evaluating, and connecting services for children from birth to 21 years of age. They do intake and screening to qualify children for special education services, including assistive technology. They also conduct parent and teacher training workshops. All of their services are free.

Florida Department of Education Instructional Support and Community Services: Provides instructional support, community information and services for families of students with disabilities.

Assistive Technology Educational Network (ATEN):  ATEN'S mission is to assist in the enhancement of student outcomes through provision of information, training, and technical support in the area of Assistive Technology.

Council for Exceptional Children (CEC): The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) is the largest international professional organization dedicated to improving educational outcomes for individuals with exceptionalities, students with disabilities, and/or the gifted. This site provides an overview of information and services provided by CEC.

Division of Blind Services: The Division of Blind Services provides direct services to blind and visually impaired persons.
