The scope of the project is a new Food Service / Multipurpose Building with a new service drive, covered walks, and a covered multipurpose court. The new building consists of kitchen, dining, multipurpose, stage, staff lounge, and custodial receiving and storage. This building adds 11,960 GSF and no student stations. It has been designed as an EHPA. It will provide 448 shelter spaces.
Hawthorne Middle/High Renovations
The scope of the project consisted of general renovation to classrooms in Building 9, 11 & 13, and the addition of group restrooms for boys and girls. The exterior corridors between classrooms in 9 & 11 were enclosed and the windows in these buildings were replaced. Building 13 was remodeled into a science classrooms and resource / reading lab, with remodeling of existing restrooms.
The scope of the project consisted of a (12) classroom building and associated sitework. The building consists of classrooms, teacher planning, storage, and restrooms. A total of 264 student stations were added. The building area is 16,168 gsf.
High Springs Community
The scope of the project is the construction of a new kitchen and remodeling of the existing kitchen into student dining, renovations of the existing dining room, stage, and teacher dining area.
